Sunday roast is back by demand!

From  8.30 am every Sunday we are serving the best Sunday breakfast (and lunch) you could possibly find. It is generous, delisious and served with a smile! Breakfast is served all day through until 3pm and pizza’s are on offer from midday to 5 pm on Sundays. Every Sunday we have a roast of the week too – delicious!

We have Happy Hours every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4-6pm and on Saturdays we have $6 Schooners at 6pm!

On Sunday March 15, Boomers’ Jukebox are back playing all of your favourite ’50s, ’60s and ’70s rock ‘n’ roll music!
Please bring a coloured note donation for entry and raffles.
All money raised will be donated to Very Special Kids.

The bistro is also open for lunch before the event, so book in for a delicious meal!

Boomers’ Jukebox – helping bushfire victims

Join us for an afternoon of live rock and roll with Boomers’ Jukebox! They will be playing all of your favourite 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s rock and roll, as well as a bit of country!

2:30pm to 5:00pm, Sunday Jan 19. The bistro and bar will be open.

This event will be fundraising for the bushfire relief, so please bring a coloured note donation for entry and raffles throughout the event!

Bowls Cadetship

Are you a tertiary student? Have you ever considered playing bowls? Clayton Bowls Club is looking for young industry enthusiasts to take up cadetships playing bowls.

No bowls experience is necessary but a great attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn this skilful and strategic game is a must!

Warning: lawn bowls can be seriously addictive!

You’ll be

  • Coached by world champions
  • Have a Premier League player as your personal mentor
  • Remunerated $1,000
  • Provided with a uniform, bowls and Clayton Bowls Club membership
  • Belong to, and be associated with, a Premier League Club
  • Given career development opportunities in the bowls industry

    Successful cadets must

  • Attend all scheduled training/coaching sessions (usually Thursday nights)
  • Be available to play in 16+ of the 18 pennant (Saturday games) October 2018 to March 2019

    (with normally a four week break over the Christmas period)

  • Make every effort to be available to play in tournaments and other Clayton Bowls Club events
  • Be an ambassador for Clayton Bowls Club
  • Help promote the game of bowls, in particular at Clayton Bowls Club, through their personal

    and social media channels – aim is for each cadet to attract (at least) two more bowlers to

    become members of Clayton Bowls Club.

  • Be willing to learn more about an aspect of working in a bowls club – ie turf management or

    sports administration and management.
