Upon submission of this application, your membership account will be created at the club & you will be contacted to pick up your membership card. (Usually < 1 week)
Social Membership is free for the remainder of the current financial year. Renewal is $25 per year and will be required in June.
We will not use any of the above information on this form without your specific permission in writing other than to record you as a member or to communicate with you.
